How deposits work Submit a deposit request, transfer the funds using the reference shown, and upload your payment receipt. We credit your account once the payment is verified.

Verification We may ask for additional evidence. Deposits that can't be verified are rejected and not credited.

Refunds Verified deposits that haven't been invested can be withdrawn under the Withdrawal Policy.

Test payments Any payment marked "Simulated" is a test and is never added to your balance.
